Default what the hell! 's precipice

i hate this mission.

im level20 (of course) W/Mo, with a good party i get sometimes to the portals, but there we never got any chanche. and most of the time i have to waste my time with stupid or no-damage-dealing partys.

i really dont know how people do this ---- mission. for me, it isnt fun anymore to play this, i tryed it about 30 times...

ahh, now i feel better, had to say this..

maybe any tactic suggestions?=

thanx

Use henchmen.

This mission is cake if you have someone who knows what their doing and blinds/hexes the titans with sof/enfeeble or blinding flash. Getting that in an organized group is almost nil though. Henchmen are next best option because they actually do focus fire.

When you get to the portals the key is PATIENCE.

Lure the enemies to you in small groups and kill off everything moving around before you tackle the wraiths guarding the portals.

I did just the opposite. We didn't waste time killing the small guys cause they keep coming infinitely. So we ran for it, got to a safe spot to the left of the closest orb, used Rebirth to res a couple guys who couldn't keep up, killed the ones that followed us, and then destroyed a couple big patrolling groups. After taking out the first group of Wraiths, we ran to another safe spot behind the third orb, and did the same thing. We killed the second along the way.

If you can't kill Rurik, well... how'd you get through the other part? Take out the fire imps, take out most of the stone guys, kill rurik, shoot him in the face, wee...

For the killing of the Undead Lich, all you gotta do is take out those 2 stone things right in the beginning. They only reapear with every new Lich fight of the three. If you don't want to be teleported into the lava, then it's important to recognize when the teleporting flashy thing is flying towards you. It goes pretty slowly, so you can get out of the way most of the time. And if you do get teleported, run to the nearest land mass as fast as possible and then when your ready, run back and get healed up. It's not instant death, but it is annoying... especially if you've got henchmen, cause they'll come out to rescue you and end up dying. Make sure you kill him when he's on the stone, too. He should be most of the time.

well i made progress with a party of henchmen, destroyed the first portal. but there are so many enemies that everytime i startet to fight, more and more came and it was over again.

but thx zeru, henchmen play far better than human in this mission.

btw: is there any special thing at the end of this mission?

The stone elementals that spawn are not infinite. If you kill them for a while, the boss elemental appears and the spawning stops.

i made progress: now i got to the LICH (with henchmen), but then i died. i think henchmen are too stupid for the lich. i got the health down to allmost nothing, but 1 sec later, the lich got full health again.

but i captured HUNDRED BLADES from rurik.

well, first time i went i was fortunate to be picked by a knowledgeable and cooperative party. so everything went smooth. i guess a strategy for the titans is to pound the big fire casting titan into an ashen one and pound that one into fist and hand. kill those before moving onto the other 2 ashens. dont kill off 2 ashens simultaneously, else ur gonna be stuck with 2 hands and 2 fists, which can be really painful. as for the lich, hafta kill him on that circular platform thing, else he'll respawn when u kill him. well, thats what my group leader told me and it worked. well, hope this helps somewhat. good luck man.

There is not infinte mobs. There's a limited amount that can come across from the lava. We pulled the mobs one by one and killed them all =) Took about 25 minute I'd say.

Same here. I was surprised at how easy the mission seemed to be.

Are you kidding? I thought the lich was a piece of cake once my henchmen group got there. I think I had only 1 hench death while fighting the lich, and I'm pretty sure it was teleportation related.

Getting the portals cleared was the hardest part of the entire mission.

i dont know what happened,

i also thought lich is easy, got it down to about 3% of its health. ahaha, i thought, now DIE, and the next second it had full health again. dunno why. in addition to that there were 2 fists of the titans, and 2 henchs dead, one teleportet, another just dead.

yes, as i wanted to kill it it was on this stone where it should be. dunno what happened.
